When planning a trip to Disneyland, where you will stay can be almost as important as which ride you’ll hit first. There are many options available to you but if you’re looking for a place within easy walking distance checkout Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa It’s perfect for families of any age or size and the parks are right outside your door, with it’s own exclusive entrance into Disney‘s California Adventure Park.
The hotel rooms themselves are large, clean and comfortable; some even offer bunk beds to accommodate the kids. The outdoor pool offers a great place to cool down and have a brief rest before continuing on with your day and the outdoor fireplaces add an additional comfy place to crash.
If after a full day in the parks the kids are still in overdrive there is a nightly kids club with crafts and activities and babysitters are available at a minimal cost so you can enjoy a little adult time. If you’re hungry, the hotel offers two restaurant options right on the property: the Storytellers Café (fabulous Breakfast Buffet) and Napa Rose.
With features like these you may never want to leave the hotel but if you do, you can find additional dining and shopping venues right next door in Downtown Disney.
