The colder weather is the perfect time to gather the family and head to your local Cineplex theatre, especially this Saturday morning, when the movies are free.

Celebrate Cineplex Community Day this Saturday, October 20, 2012 with a free movie and specially priced popcorn in support of Starlight Children’s Foundation. See Puss in Boots with the little ones or maybe Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol with the older kids. Check the Community Day section on Cineplex’s site for locations and movies.

And what movie isn’t complete without popcorn. You can enjoy popcorn and some other specialty marked concession products for just $2.00 and 100% of the proceeds go to the Starlight Children’s Foundation. I can’t think of a better excuse to indulge in theatre treats.

What a great way to spend a Saturday morning with the family. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. so get there early to grab your snacks and seats, then, sit back and enjoy knowing that you’re support is helping children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
