Inspired by The Pony restaurant in Pemberton BC, I re-created their famous berry goat cheese salad at home! This is so easy-candied pecans, creamy cranberry goat cheese, fresh berries, wisps of red onion, and fresh greens all drizzled with raspberry vinegarette. Add some roasted chicken on the side and you have a delicious dinner!
