Living a little healthier is one of my objectives this year. This doesn’t mean drastic diets and trips to the gym every day. I’m trying to make some lifestyle changes, such as drinking more water and eating breakfast on a regular basis. I found a Yogurt Granola Parfait recipe that might make remembering breakfast a little easier.
Granola Yogurt Parfait
1/2 cup (125 ml) Special K* Low Fat Granola
3/4 cup (175 ml) vanilla flavoured yogurt, fat free
1/2 cup (125 ml) berries, fresh or frozen (strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
In a parfait glass, layer Special K* Low Fat Granola, yogurt and fruit, reserving some fruit for the top. Serve immediately.

Dietary Fibre: 7 g
