These sandwiches from Rachel at A Southern Fairytale have me drooling on the keyboard. Marinated beef, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and then a pepper basil mayo? Hold me.

I have never made pumpkin soup-but this one is calling me. The photos with the recipe look so delicious, I can’t help but practically lick my computer screen. Recipe Girl has tons of recipes, so you are sure to find something you like!

WEDNESDAY |
I love quinoa and had a great box of it in my cupboard, until I accidentally knocked it over onto the floor. Nicole sent me this link awhile ago, and now I’m resolving to buy some more quinoa just so I can make this salad. These are so easy to make and keep so well, you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it sooner!
Quinoa Veggie Salad
THURSDAY |
This recipe looks really interesting. You make stew, and then a Yorkshire “crust” and bake it. Almost like a version of a beef pie. I love it because I’m not a fan of pastry, but I love Yorkshire pudding. Michelle shared this one with me, and it sounds delicious!
FRIDAY |
I love braising meats when the weather gets cooler, and this recipe fit the bill. Succulent chicken, tangy oranges and a sweet ginger glaze, these go really well with roasted yams and a green salad.
