So many delicious recipes around the Internets, so little time! This week I found a great Halloween themed soup for the kids, and a very easy beef stew just for you! Bake up a a batch of pizza pretzels to stick into lunch boxes as well as enjoy with a bowl of soup, or entice the kids with a delicious fruit salsa. Lots of choices here!

Jennifer over at Savoring the Thyme sent me the link to this recipe, and ohhhhh yum. I love fruit salsas-and this looks amazing! If peaches are hard to come by, try using another fruit like plums or even mangos.

A delicious vegetarian version of paella, this recipe over on Can I Get the Recipe? sounds absolutely scrumptious. Rice, tomatoes, and topped with a bit of parmesan cheese, it will be extra kid friendly!

Kids love those huge pizza pretzels you can get at the grocery store, but I was inspired to try some home made whole wheat ones. Pair them up with a great Halloween-themed soup, and you have a fantastic kid friendly meal! Both are great in a lunch box, too.

Merry has the right idea-get a rotisserie chicken from the store and use it to make a tasty casserole for dinner! Time saving and delicious too. Pair it up with a tossed salad to round out the meal and you are all set.

With winter storms howling through, nothing beats a bowl of beef stew. This one is flavored with Guinness and tomatoes, which makes a thick, rich broth ready for your spoon.
