Summer may be over but for many, including our family, it does not mean the end to the BBQ Season. During the summer we enjoyed trying some classic BBQ fare as well as new dishes as part of our Summer BBQ Sunday Series.
To wrap-up our BBQ Sundays we tried grilled shrimp with vegetables. Shrimp is so easy to grill. We loved the shrimp taco’s we made earlier. We tried the VH Sauce Korean BBQ marinade to our shrimp and grilled peppers. This was easy to make and serve on its own or with a salad but I think it would have tasted great as a taco filling too.
Of course the last BBQ of the season isn’t complete without s’mores. The President’s Choice S’more Kit makes it easy with everything needed included in the package. The kit is great if you are having people over or if you are invited to someone else’s cookout. A great way to relive summer and campout memories.
