Synopsis from Raincoast Books:

By the time you’re done reading this wonderfully clever guide, you’ll have learned how to become a genius overnight, dress like an evil villain, and take over the world. Before you know it, everyone will be doing exactly what you want.

They may never admit it to you but you know your pre-teen is plotting to take over the world. Make sure they get it right with The Ultimate Top Secret Guide to Taking Over the World. Learn how to be an Evil Genius in 10 easy steps, give or take a few. This book covers all the essentials, such as picking out your name, creating your first doomsday device and even tips on how to spend your first billion dollars.

The book is written with great humour kids will love. My 8-year old son loved it. The notations and sketches made by the author (a professed Evil Genius himself) adds to the fun. The Ultimate Top Secret Guide to Taking Over the World pokes fun at many super villian stereotypes, making it a great read for kids, whether they are planning on taking over the world or not.
