Before my kids were born I would read them stories. I relied on books as a way to connect to my oldest while she lay in an incubator at the hospital. As you can gather from our Kids Book Review section, I still love sharing books with kids. My daughter’s first word was Dada.
It was dada with all four of mine. Mama was probably 4th or 5th…
My kids first words were dada, bye and no. I was hoping at least one of them would say mama first!
