It’s finally here! The sun and warmer weather means we’ll be spending more time out and about and Starbucks new Refreshers is the perfect “to go” drink. To keep you going we even have a Starbucks Refreshers Gift Pack Giveaway.

We had a chance to try these sparkling fruit beverages. Made with real fruit juice, B vitamins and naturally occurring caffeine from green coffee extract, this isn’t your typical energy drink.   4. Thinking and speaking positively, daily reading of an inspirational quote and going for long walks in the evenings are few of things I do regularly.

    • We don’t own dogs but rather 3 cats and I would agree that they are a boost to my day. I can see how your puppies would be like that for you too.

    • That sounds as though it would be a shock to the system Joyce but I have tried ending my showers with cold water and it does give you a boost. Not sure I could do a whole shower in cold water though ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Hi Josh when I read that first part my mind was already thinking about the second part. I have a theory that my kids exude so much energy because they syphon it off of me ๐Ÿ™‚

    • I’m like you Brenda. I never regret doing my workout, after the fact. My problem is remembering that before hand so I actually do it regularly ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. I remind myself every day that I’m blessed — I have my health, I have wonderful family and friends, and I have a roof over my head and food on the table. Being positive is the basis of having good energy!

  8. My morning ritual that gives me ‘good energy’ is to wake up before everyone and sit in silence enjoying my coffee!

  9. First thing I do in the morning is make my bed and stretch. Then I’ve already accomplished 2 things, and I feel like I can accomplish a lot more!

  11. Bootcamp and eating right has given me nothing but good energy lately to get through all of the June commitments that seem to pop up everywhere.

    • I’ve always thought of trying a bootcamp but I’ve never made it to the point of actually going to a class. I can see how they would be beneficial in boosting your energy.

  12. Springtime energizes me. Right now we have 21 baby chicks only 2 days old. Watching a new little life is amazing. Other days I enjoy my coffee and sunshine.

  13. My yoga and pilates sessions always give me good energy as well as my daily morning snacks of a variety of fruit.
