Crown Paradise Club Resort Review

As part of Everything Mexico, Crown Paradise Club All Inclusive Resort invited us to come and experience "Kids Happy -- Everyone's Happy". Crown Paradise proved to be the best Everything Kids resort in Puerto Vallarta at reasonable rates.

We were so impressed with the lengths they went to in order to make the kids laugh, play and feel comfortable while enjoying their stay at the Crown Paradise Club All Inclusive Resort. Such as:

Family Rooms
Crown Paradise offers fantastic, large, clean Family Rooms that accommodate 2 adults and 3 children with features that please both parents and kids such as:

A semi-private area with bunk beds and a trundle bed. They even have their own TV!

The bathroom is completely kid-friendly. A hand held shower head makes it easy to wash little ones and a step stool helps them reach the sink all on their own. Even the body cream and soap have cartoon images designed with kids in mind.

The room comes with a mini fridge in case you want to keep baby bottles / food chilled.

A king size bed for the adults, hopefully you like them firm. My back had a tough time with them. But my husband said they were fine.

Food
Our kids loved that they had they very own tropical drink menu at the bar. Spider Soda and Barbie Special were a hit with our kids.

The buffet mixed in many kid favorites with delicious fare for the adults. My fave was the breakfast with the "everything omelets" and the wide variety of taste delights.

The resort offers you coupons to test restaurants outside of the resort which gives you a free meal, but you pay for your drinks. We chose the Blue Shrimp restaurants and it was fantastic!

The resort offers many different restaurants onsite, however because we were only there for a short time, were not able to try them all. I had my eye on the Japanese restaurant! Keep in mind, that you need to make reservations a day in advance and you need to have long pants or a dress.

Entertainment
The spectacular water park made the stay unforgettable! Complete with a pirate ship, castle, dragon, water spray, 9 slides - wow! The temperature of the water was perfect for all day play.

The staff at the Kid's Paradise Club were great with the kids. Our daughter loved the crafts and fun she had while playing in the club. Ethan just wanted to swim and swim in the big pool or the water park. We couldn't pull him away from there!

Crown Paradise offers nightly shows to entertain the entire family. The kids loved the sparkles, lights and dancing. Our son was especially enamoured by the dancing girls and their, um, attire. :)

Service
The service we received from initial contact to check-out was top notch. We received a wonderful package of goodies upon welcome and warm greetings from the staff. We were never looking for service as it was always there when we needed it.

The housekeeping, food, drink and entertainment service was fantastic. It was great to see all the smiling faces around the resort.

When I made a comment about having more beach chairs around the water park, I was told it was already in the works. They listen to their customers. When a request comes in, they do their best to make it happen.

Location

Crown Paradise Club is located right next to where the crusie ships dock. Kids loved that! If you are keen, you can take a 2 min walk to Soriano Supermarket to pick up anything you might like over and above the All Inclusive food / drink provided. Wal Mart is also a short walk (10 mins) away. Our taxi was 50 pesos to downtown. This great location also attracted lots of vendors. (As you can see in the video...) So beware to say "No, Gracias" if you plan to beach it. Overall, great location!
