I admit it, I’m notoriously bad at following pop culture as far as music’s concerned. Between all of the careers of American Idols and the runners up, Theory of a Nickelfault, and the latest teen dreams, I kind of turn the radio off. Unless it’s playing something from the 90s, that is.

Recently, I finally got around to seeing Lady Gaga’s Telephone video and was blown away by the style this woman’s sporting. It brought me back to a time when fashion was about personal style, not what a performer was given by a design house, effectively representing their brand on the red carpet.

I think we could all use a little Gaga in our ensembles, non?
