Probiotics is one of those words wielded around by manufactures. Probiotics are supposed to aid in increasing your immune system and reducing the risk for disease. I'm not a scientist but from what I've read probiotics aid your body in keeping itself healthy. You can find it in yogurt, smoothies and other products. What about a multivitamin?
I'm a true believer in multivitamins. I wasn't always but since having kids (and you know how they like to share everything, including viruses) multivitamins have become a staple for me. I may forget breakfast but never my multivitamin. When I heard about Multibionta, a probiotic multivitamin, I thought I'd give it a try.
As a regular multivitamin user I expected to feel some benefits from the Multibionta. To get a different perspective I wanted to get a non-vitamin users take. Enter my husband.
My husband and I decided to take Multibionta for a thirty-day trial (the manufacture says you should start to feel the benefits of Multibionta after thirty-days). Even before the thirty-day trial ended my husband and I both noticed a difference. I felt more energized and avoided getting sick during the high illness season in our house. Part of that feeling might have been the multivitamin portion.
My husband on the other hand noticed a real difference in his bowels. Without getting too graphic, he felt better and more regular. For him to notice a difference like that is a big deal. So our thirty-day trial came to an end. I was still trying to figure out if the Multibionta offered any benefits beyond the multivitamin I already take, but after a week of not taking Multibionta I could tell it did make a difference, a big difference.
Not only was I feeling tired, but I didn't feel all that great in my gut (gassy and uncomfortable). If my husband had any doubt about Multibionta's effect on his system, the week of not taking the multivitamin confirmed things. Multibionta is now part of a regular morning routine for both my husband and myself. My husband has gone from scoffing my vitamin intake to hounding me to take my Multibionta every day.

Thanks a lot for the post; I really love to read articles which are about medicine especially about pharmacy. These articles keeps my updated about different topics and products that are related to pharmacy especially on multivitamins. I hope to read more from you! Thanks a lot and Kudos!
I take a daily multi vit from Wholefoods. It was the only womens multivit I could find that actually had 100% of daily calcium in addition to all the other vitamins, minerals and good stuff. I am also a firm believer in probiotics - for the whole family, ESP for the kids to make up for the impact of antibiotics on their guts. I've gotten mine from yogurts and drinking kombucha but I'd love to try this product too. Pls enter me in the contest too!
