If you are looking for a delicious, and yet quick stew recipe, this is the one for you. It tastes like it's been simmering for hours, and yet it's the quickest recipe I've ever found. The leftovers are great in a lunch box; that is, if you have any!

Bubbly and cheesy, it's great comfort food to come home to, and perfect for the little ones who don't like veggies in their pasta. It's so easy, you're kids could make it without a problem! Make sure to use a really good quality spaghetti sauce.

On the West Coast, many people BBQ year round! If you can't, don't worry-these little kebabs can be created under your broiler. To save yourself some time, freeze the meat in the marinade. We serve this with spicy peanut dipping sauce on the side, steamed rice, and a sweet but cruchy Thai mango salad.

For years, I couldn't find a good turkey meatloaf recipe. Everything I tried always turned out horribly dry and tasteless, until I finally discovered this one a few months ago. Chock full of leeks, mushrooms, proscuitto, and cheese, it's full of flavor and moist, too! The leftovers are great in lunch the next day.

Squash and Goat Cheese Burritos
Creamy goat cheese is delicious with spicy salsa, rich squash and black beans. These were very satisfying and made a wonderful vegetarian dinner. Try them paired up with a salad!
The spices can be adjusted to your taste, and the flavor could be a bit different depending on the kind of salsa you use. Feel free to experiment!
