Free Meal Plan: Nugget Potato Salad and Grilled Sausages

Are you planning a barbeque? This week I found an amazing chicken kebab recipe that will have your guests raving. If you would rather go for more traditional fare, I paired up a new potato salad with some sausages for a casual weeknight dinner out on the deck. Add some lemonade, fresh fruit for dessert, and you are good to go!

MONDAY

Tandoor style kebabs

We've been on a bit of curry kick lately in my house. These delicious kebabs have a ton of flavor without any heat. If you want to bump up the heat for the adults, just add a bit of cayenne. These are just scrumptious with mango chutney for dipping, and then rip off pieces of warm naan bread to sop up the juices. YUM! These would be fantastic on the BBQ and the leftovers? Heaven.

TUESDAY

garlic shrimp pasta

Nothing is quicker than a quick toss of shrimp, butter, parmesan, garlic, lemon, and rosemary. Dinner will be on the table in no time! I added a bit of prosciutto for an extra bit of flavor.

WEDNESDAY

Veggie Sandwich

With a fridge full of veggies, we decided to put them all together in a sandwich. Layers of cream cheese, mashed avocado, sweet peppers, cucumber and more, and between pieces of delicious sprouted grain bread, these sandwiches were filling and left us licking our fingers.

THURSDAY

Asparagus Soup

I never would have thought of a poached egg with soup, but for Food Revolution Friday we followed Jamie Oliver's idea and decided it was delicious! The creamy egg, salty prosciutto, and delicious soup made a wonderful dinner. The leftovers made a great lunch the next day.

FRIDAY

potato salad and sausages

When the week is busy, sometimes I like to pick up some Italian sausages and cook them up with a few salads. This week I tossed some herbed salad mix with a bunch of veggies, and then put together a nugget potato salad.
