Can you tell me how I can freeze fresh scallions and have them as crisp when I take them out of the freezer w/out being wilted?

I know this reply comes a little late, but I haven't found a way to freeze fresh greens without having them turn black, or slimey when defrosted. They are better off cooked into the meal before frozen, or added fresh on the day you reheat the meal.

Can you buy unfrozen beef mince,then freeze it,then defrost it for a recipe then refreeze the finished recipe.I dont think its safe to do so but im really not sure. any advice ???
