CLOSED: Ripple Reader Interactive e-Book Giveaway

Can you read it to me again?

I’m sure you’ve heard this request many times. When it comes to kids and their favourite stories, nothing beats hearing them over and over…and over again.

Ripple_Reader_eBookWith Ripple Reader your child can enjoy their favourite books in full screen colour on the computer, read by mom or dad or grandma or anyone else for that matter.

Ripple Reader is an FREE e-book reader that enables you to record the narration to your child’s favourite e-books (available for both PC and Mac). You can browse through an extensive list of popular books on the Ripple Reader library, including some recently released titles, starting as low as $4.99 US.

Once you’ve set-up your FREE account and downloaded the Ripple Reader, you can start shopping. You can choose to record the narration yourself or send the request to someone else, like grandma perhaps. Once finished, the book will be added into your child’s account for them to enjoy.

Imagine your child’s delight when she discovers a library of her favourite books read to her by her favourite people, even ones who aren’t close by.

Ripple Reader is the brainchild of Jaye Kephart, a Denver businesswoman who began her career as a speech-language pathologist. She wanted to help her ailing sister by giving her the ability to record stories for her kids to hear when she passed away; stories they could hear from their mother even when she wasn’t there to read them. Jaye hopes Ripple Reader will bring you and the special kids in your life many hours of joy.

I would have to pick The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn. My son Kindergarten teacher read this to her class the first day. She made a hand and told the kids to have there parent kids the hand before they went to school.
