Kids' CBC is Looking for the Next Great Children’s Performer

It takes a special type of performer to get the kids up and moving. If you (or your band) think you have it in you to create a song the kids will love to groove to, Kid’s CBC wants to hear from you in The Great Kids’ CBC Viewer Voted Song Search.

Create an original song to get toddler toes tapping and submit it for a chance to be the one performer or band chosen in the 1st annual The Great Kids’ CBC Viewer Voted Song Search. If you are the winning performer or band, you win a trip to Toronto to perform at Kids’ CBC Days in July, CBC will produce your music video and air it on Kids’ CBC, plus your song may be added to the Kids’ CBC Music Stream play list.

All entries must be submitted by April 1, 2012 and public voting will run from April 8 until May 8. The song with the most votes wins. To find out more on The Great Kids’ CBC Viewer Voted Song Search or to enter your song, visit cbc.ca/parents/songsearch

Encourage your friends, family, and fans to vote because they can win too. One lucky family will win a trip to Toronto as VIP guests at Kids’ CBC Days.

Start humming, drumming, writing, and mixing and enter your song today.
