In case you missed it, I wrote about trying to regain the physical flexibility my body once had. Age and perhaps a less active lifestyle (though it doesn’t feel less active) have led me astray but GAIAM is helping me and they want to help you.

    Yoga is newish to me. It’s something I used to do all the time but over the last few years I’ve stopped and I really want to get back into a routine again since it really helped keep me relaxed and limber.
