Having three children while doing this is challenging, as you've pointed out, and it means my working hours are usually between 11pm and 2am. But it allows me the chance to be around for my kids. After having gone back to work with the first child and staying home after the second, I'd say that both situations present challenges but I'm very happy that I've been able to stay home for a few years.
