i wouldn't confess, men are very fragile when it comes to that... maybe you could, over time, stop faking it... or while you are making love, tell him what you need to actually achieve orgasm. some men dint realize that we need much more foreplay than they do... when sex is good its only about 10% of a relationship, when its bad-its 90%. Your husband wants to please you, so tell him what you need!

We are still living in the heady days of potent HIV therapies where one cocktail is easily swaped for another and people complain more about body fat and lipids than about KS lesions and wasting syndrome. This may sound like a stupid question but why are people still dying of AIDS?

You're right Michelle. I love my husband dearly--most weeks--but 15 hours is a lot of one-on-one time.

Re#4 -- We recently took a couples course and they told us it should be a minimum of 15 hours per week.

I fell over. 15 freaking hours.

Not gonna happen in this marriage.

But I think one hour is not enough either. Just my 2cents. :)

I'm glad Mariah that breastfeeding didn't affect your ability to enjoy intercourse. However, it's a medical fact that while breastfeeding fulltime, estrogen is supressed by prolactin and oxytocin. This puts a woman's vagina into a menopausal-like state. For some women the lack of estrogen will equate to an uncomfortable feeling during intercourse.
